School lunches have not always been the tastiest of meals. And they are sometimes not the healthiest of meals. Therefore, childh

ood weight gain is a growing problem. Today, many schools serve fast food items like french fries and pizza as everyday meals. Although these are popular foods in school, they lead to the weight problems that kids now have. Because of this problem, a food revolution is taking place across the country. Schools are trying to change their menus. Many schools have started to adopt healthier options. However, there is still much to be done before things change. First of all, kids must warm up to idea—they, of course, are eating the food. Vending machines with junk food should be taken out of schools. Plus, more money should be provided to fund this program. It is difficult for schools to provide healthy food on fast food costs. Even though there is a call for change, it will take some time before all students can have healthy meals. With healthier meals, students will be more fit and focused as they go through a school day.

Ladybugs are also called lady beetles in Europe they are called ladybird beetles.
Whitepunk [10]
This sentence is incorrect because it is a run-on sentence. This means that it should be broken into two separate sentences:

Ladybugs are also called lady beetles. In Europe, they are called ladybird beetles.

It's easy to catch this mistake by either reading the sentence out loud and listening for a natural pause, or by looking for one subject and one verb per sentence (Ladybugs are; they are).
