As I was just starting to stir the alarm went off .I stretched as I got out of bed and stopped the horrible noise of my loud alarm .I waked to open the blinds to see a cold winters day .All I could smell was the sweet aroma of pancakes which where being cooked for breakfast .I raced to the kitchen .My mom was stood over the flickering stove with my crispy bacon and American pancakes.The bacon crawled and squealed as my mom held it down to make it crispy just how I like it .I slowly Walked to the table as my foot rubbed against the soft carpet as I got down the oak table ready to tuck in to my lovely breakfast
