The Japanese forces had attacked Pear Habor just 10 hours before they envaded Philippines.

Explanation:

All the troops and allied forces were trying to understand what happened in Pear Harbor, trying to diminish the losses of the attack, meanwhile the Japanese forces were goin to the Philippines to occupy them  and that´s what happened successfully for three long suffering years.
