He is mot likely to follow the occupation of priest. People born into the brahmin caste were often engaged in attaining the highest level of spirituality, be it religious teachers or priests. However, priesthood was hereditary, which is something usually uncommon in other religions. Brahmins were in charge of religious rituals in temples and homes and was a liaison between humans and gods.
