Monotheism-he doctrine or belief that there is only one God.

The main differences between the three types of religious have to do with how and what they worship. Animistic religions worship spirits and animals. Polytheistic religions are similar to animistic religions in that followers worship many gods. Monotheistic religions are different from both of these because followers only worship one god.

Well, there were tons of factors that generally made Late Middle Ages Europe a sucky place to live in.

For starters, there was The Black Death. An estimated half of the ENTIRE population died to this plague.

There were also lots of conflicts within territories, making everything extremely chaotic ON TOP of the fact that basically everyone was dying to a plague.
