The national identities of European states in the periods between 1500 and 1800 arose, mainly from the ability to defend their territory and the ability to conquer territory, in a nutshell, this identity arose, primarily, from the power of a state that allowed people to people were proud and identified with a particular culture, language and people.

In summary, we can affirm that the conflicts between villages, the wars between the states, the Napoleonic wars and even the colonialism, built the national identities, because they showed the power of defense and conquest of the states, bringing pride to the no or a feeling that your land should be avenged.

Explain how judicial review can be used by the Supreme Court to check the power of the executive and legislative branches.
Olenka [21]

Answer: Declare unconstitutional law null and void

Explanation:

The judiciary is the third arm of government in a constitutional democracy. They are charged with the responsibility of interpreting the law. The judiciary is made up of the bar and the bench, the bar comprises of the lawyers while the bench is made up of the judges. They have the constitutional rights to administer justice. The judiciary is made up the order of the court such as high court, appeal court and Supreme Court which is the highest court of the land. When a law is made by the parliament, and such law is in conflict with any of the provisions of the constitution, then the Supreme Court can used the power of judicial review given to them by the constitution to declare such law unconstitutional null and void. On the other hand, when there is a conflict between the executive arm and the legislative arm of the government as regards law made by the legislative arm of the government, then the Supreme Court has the right to intervene with a view to resolve the constitutional issue by using their power of judicial review to review the law and if such law is found to be in conflict with any of the provisions of the constitution then the Supreme Court can use their powers of judicial review to declare such law as unconstitutional null and void.

Answer:

what? no? maybe yes? this question does not make sense. whomever assigned this question is... lacking intellectual abilities (can't say the word because brainly gets mad at me).

Explanation:

A bill is a passing of a law by Congress to enact a rule (like a bill to increase minimum wage). If somehow there was a bill that could help against racism against Asians (which is impossible, as that is not how racism, the world, common sense, and bills work), it would technically be made into a law as that is what a bill is. Although this is completely nonsensical and unrealistic.

If the person who gave you this question is a certified teacher or somebody working in the education department, please report them or speak up about how completely nonsensical this question is.
