A person with a television camera sneaks across the mayor’s lawn, peeks through barely open curtains, and takes a picture of the

mayor in a darkened living room. The photographer decides he has done a terrible thing and exposes the film, so the picture never is printed. The mayor likely will lose an intrusion suit because the photographer remedied the situation by exposing the film. T/F

Answer: False

Explanation:

The mayor will not loose an intrusion suit against him because if the following reason;

•The photographer bridged on the mayor's privacy by entering his room unwelcomed, he was not supposed to go into his apartment without being welcomed.

•He was not supposed to take a picture of the mayor without informing the mayor.

•He was not supposed to expose the film irrespective of his feeling, as they contain personal information of the mayor and were taken illegally.

These are the reasons the mayor won't loose.

Advocard [28]
Athens and Sparta were both Greek city-states, but because of the geography and mountainous terrain, the two cities could not unite. Athens was a cultured city filled with music, theatre, art, literature, philosophy, and politics (democracy). Sparta, however, was a kingdom that was totalitarian and militaristic consiting of heavy emphasis on authority and war.

Free_Kalibri [48]
