Everything happens in a loophole your money is actually the governments, which is made to fix things such as bridges and tunnels. lets say that certain people do some dumb things and take the money that has to go to the government and grinds it up. Destroys it. The government needs those 50 million to go to a bridge that needs maintenance but they don't have the money so they go ask for some but only recieve 25 million, so the only fix half. lets say that the bridge needs maintenance every 6 years or it will collapse. 6 years go by and a little old lady is driving across the bridge as the other half that has not had maintenance in 12 years collapses. The lady's daughter has to pay but has no money, she fills uot the right applications and ther more money being drawn out. Long story short dont destroy your money
