Laws permitting, and even requiring, their separation in places where they are liable to be brought into contact do not necessar
never [62]

Answer:

- Separation does not necessarily create inequality.

-Laws that permit separation can be constitutional.

Explanation:

Justice Brown's message in this excerpt is about the legal case of Brown v. Board of Education on Segregation/Separation of black kids from white kids in US schools.

A black girl called Linda Brown had her entrance denied to a school of white kids and her father appealed to the Court, they ruled a “separate but equal” doctrine, which admitted that laws could allow the separation of black and white people in facilities and places, as long as the places were equal. In this view the separating laws did not create inequality and neither violate the constitution.

Years later the case had a huge impact and helped ending legal segregation in the United States.

Describe why much of Southwest Asia became part of European mandates after World War I, and explain the consequences of the mand
pochemuha

Answer:

Answer:

The mandate system allowed Europeans take control over the resources of Asian countries.

Explanation:

World War 1 altered the Middle East in a manner not experienced before. The Europeans had finally tookover specific countries such as Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon and Arabia. In the course of the World War 1, Britain and France deployed agents and armies to the Middle East to cause rebellion and have a stronghold on Syria, Pakistan and Iran.

In 1916, British and French diplomats came to an unanimous decision to secretly split the Middle East. The decision was at some points substituted with a different agreement which developed a mandate system of British and French control. Based on the mandate system, Lebanon and Syria were apportioned to the French while Palestine, Iraq and three Ottoman provinces were apportioned to the British.

The claming of the conqured Asian countries were overseered by the winning countries as it was thought that the conquered nations are not set to lead their activities by themselves. The mandate system gave authority to the Europeans mostly the Britain and France as they established their control and affluence on the Middle East. This provoked more Arabs who hoped to have more say over their resources instead of being guided by the Europeans.

How is forecasting in the context of a supply chain different from forecasting for just a single organization? lists possible su
vesna_86 [32]

A supply chain is a group or combination of various members like the retailers, distributors, and etc who works together with the target of delivering a final product to a customer. I believe that a poor forecast for a supply chain could be easily managed by other members in the group because of the cancelling effect and the damages done are absorbed by the others in some way. However in the case of a single organization, if the forecast fails they have to manage it internally with no other resources therefore it is more difficult.

Possible benefits of an effective supply chain management are:

Achieves more accurate information together with the ability to carry out better sales forecasting. Other benefits include creating stronger partnerships and supplier networks, balancing out supply and demand, improving business plans and working strategies, predicting transportation requirements, scheduling daily operations of the company, making streamlined inventory management and reducing irrelevant elements.

MEDAL!!
DaniilM [7]

In a January 2004 message Bin Laden called for the establishment of provisional underground ruling councils in Muslim countries to be made up of "ulema, leaders who are obeyed among their people, dignitaries, nobles, and merchants." The councils would be sure "the people" had "easy access to arms, particularly light weapons; anti-armored rockets, such as RPGs; and anti-tank mines" to fight "raids" by "the Romans," i.e. United States.

His interviews, video messages and other communications always mentioned and almost always dwelt on need for jihad to right what he believed were injustices against Muslims by the United States and sometimes other non-Muslim states, the need to eliminate the state of Israel, and to force the withdrawal of the U.S. from the Middle East. Occasionally other issues arose; he called for Americans to "reject the immoral acts of fornication, homosexuality, intoxicants, gambling, and usury," in an October 2002 letter.

I hope this helped!!! :D
