For example, it is easier and safer to drive in the daytime than in the night time because everywhere is usually bright and a driver's vision is unimpaired unlike in the night time that there are darkness and glare from oncoming vehicle's headlight. This can easily impair a driver's vision and this situation can easily put both driver and pedestrian at great risk because the driver can easily ram into a pedestrian.
