Ways to improve your health can vary in many ways. Firstly, exercising can make a huge impact in your life. Setting a schedule to go out for a run every morning, or go to your local gym and exercise there. Make sure you don't overwork yourself. drink plenty of water. Also make changes in your diet. cut out most sugars, and sodium. Have more intakes of everything in the food table. Such as fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy and grain.  <span />
