It's important to have empathy ALWAYS, but especially during this time. Empathy is the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes and understand what they are going through. So many people are dying and suffering, our economy is affected, schools are closed, and the overall quality of life has decreased. Still, it is important to understand the importance of the need and purpose of quarantine because even though it might be "boring" or seem "unnecessary," it is essential to keeping other people safe, especially the people who are at a higher risk.
