How many men were with PAUL Revere on the night of the famous ride?
eimsori [14]
Although Paul Revere is often credited as the sole rider who alerted the colonies that the British were coming, there were many riders who went out the night of April 18 1775, warning the colonists of the approach and movement of the British forces. Four men and one woman made late night rides, alerting the early Americans of what dangers lay ahead. They were Paul Revere, Samuel Prescott, Israel Bissell, William Dawes, and Sybil Ludington.

How did the American preacher Jonathan Edwards’s preaching style compare with the British preacher George Whitefield’s?
skelet666 [1.2K]
I think it is the third one.  Because it is not the first two because Jonathan Edwards preached the sermon "sinners in the hands of an angry God" and he practically read it word for word and was calm, however it was very powerful and convicting so the people did cry. And I do believe Whitfield was passionate and powerful because he did create an awakening with his evangelizing. So third one.
