In John Steinbeck’s “The Turtle,” what qualities does the turtle display in the story?

The turtle displays traits of patience and fortitude. It is a very slow moving creature yet it shows no sign of giving up its intention of climbing up and down the embankment. It meets danger when the red ant run inside its shell and when the truck driver intentionally hit it and caused it to roll off the highway.

If my memory serves me well, in John Steinbeck’s “The Turtle,” the qualities which the turtle displays in the story were that it was determined and persistent. Even though there is no options, I am pretty sure this one will help you!

I did one once about the Holocaust. I talked about how the Jews survived and the Nazis failed to succeed. In the poem, I related the Nazis to a storm and the Jews to people on a wooden ship out at sea.
