The answer would be D because each of the four books on the shelf weighs less than 3.3 pounds.

Your answer is D. This is because it has to go for all of them... it can't be w>2.3 because there is a 2.3 and if it is greater it can't be 2.3. It can't be w<2.4 because 3.2,2.5,and 2.7 are Greater than 2.4 NOT less than. Finally, it can't be w>3.2 because 2.5,2.7,and 2.3 are less than 3.2 NOT greater!

D is W<3.3 which is true, this is because 2.5, 2.7, 2.3, and 3.2 ARE less than 3.3 Therefore, D is your answer!

Classify ABC by its sides. Then determine whether it is a right triangle.
m_a_m_a [10]

Answer:

∴Given Δ ABC is not a right-angle triangle

a= AB = √45 = 3√5

b = BC = 12

c = AC = √45 = 3√5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given vertices are A(3,3) and B(6,9)

            AB = \sqrt{x_{2}-x_{1} )^{2} +(y_{2}-y_{1} )^{2}  }

            AB = \sqrt{(9-3)^{2}+(6-3)^{2}  } = \sqrt{6^{2}+3^{2}  } =\sqrt{45}

Given vertices are  B(6,9) and C( 6,-3)

       B C = \sqrt{x_{2}-x_{1} )^{2} +(y_{2}-y_{1} )^{2}  }

             =  \sqrt{(-3-9)^{2}+(6-6)^{2}  } =\sqrt{12^{2} } = 12

    BC = 12

Given vertices are  A(3,3) and C( 6,-3)

 AC = \sqrt{(6-3)^{2}+(-3-3)^{2}  } = \sqrt{9+36} = \sqrt{45}

AC² = AB²+BC²

45  = 45+144

 45  ≠ 189

∴Given Δ ABC is not a right angle triangle

the population of collin county, which follows the exponential growth model, increased from 491,675 in 2000 to 782,341 in 2010.
CaHeK987 [17]

Applying the formula for the exponential growth model, the growth rate is  0.046447277776453351798354258063923

the exponential growth is a data pattern that illustrates an increase over time by generating an exponential function curve.

The exponential growth model can be expressed as:

P(t) = P(0) x e^(k.t)

Where:

P(t) = Value at time t

P(0) = Initial value

k = growth rate

Information from the problem:

P(0) = 491,675

P(t) = 782,341

t = 2010 - 2000 = 10 years

Substitute the data into the formula:

782,341 = 491,675 x e^{10k}

e^{10k} = 782,341 / 491,675

10 k . ln e = ln (782,341 / 491,675)

10 k = 0.46447277776453351798354258063923

k = 0.046447277776453351798354258063923
