How do hurricanes form?
jekas [21]

Answer; Hurricanes form when warm moist air over water begins to rise. The rising air is replaced by cooler air. This process continues to grow large clouds and thunderstorms. These thunderstorms continue to grow and begin to rotate thanks to earth's Coriolis Effect.

How does the precession of Earth's axis if rotation affect the seasons
elena55 [62]

The way the Earth's axis rotation affects the seasons depends on how far away the Earth is from the sun. When one part of the Earth is tilted toward the sun then it's summer and the other part of Earth is having winter.

If platinum has a density of 21.46g/cm³ ... if you have 5cm³ volume of platinum what is its mass
mixer [17]

Answer:

107.3g

Explanation:Density = Mass/Volume

There are two methods either by taking the above formula and inserting the values or by using Mass = Denstiy*Volume

Here I have showed you both the ways:

1st

As Desnity  is 21.46g/cm^3

Volume = 5cm^3

Let m be mass

21.46g/cm^3=m/5cm^3

Cross multiplication takes place here

21.46*5=m

107.3 =m

Therefore, mass of platinum = 107.3g

2nd

Mass = Denstiy*Volume

Density = 21.46g/cm^3

Volume = 5cm^3

m=21.46g/cm^3* 5g/cm^3

m= 107.3g
