The water course assumed a major part in the French and Indian War since it made it less demanding to escape.
The pilgrims called it the French and Indian War, and it for all time moved the worldwide adjust of energy. By the mid-eighteenth century, both the British and French needed to broaden their North American provinces into the land west of the Appalachian Mountains, referred to then as the Ohio Territory.

I believe the answer is: The water route played a big role in the French and Indian War because it made it easier to get away.

At that time, the French empire had a way more Developed naval technology compared tot he Indian.

By making the battlefield occurs around naval routes, the French manage to obtain huge competitive advantage sicne they can launch an attack, and directly retreat through water route, making it impossible for the Indian to chase them.

Why do some people argue that 1965 was a turning point in U.S immigration policy?
zhannawk [14.2K]
I’m not sure, but this should help you a little bit.
“The Immigration and Nationality Services of Act of 1965 was a turning point in United States policy regarding immigration. While changing previous legislation that functioned on a rigid quota system, the Act of 1965 gave preference to refugees and families, removed quotas from countries in the Western Hemisphere, and based entry to the United States on levels of skill. In forty years since, the foreign-born population of the United States has tripled in number, now prompting new legislative debate.”
