A direct comparison between two unlike things

English

If they're unlike things - it would be a metaphor.
When it comes to similes - you use words such as like or as when describing things. and since it emphasizes "unlike" things - metaphor would be the way to go.
It's quite hard sometimes when it comes for deciphering the two if you're familiar with the rule - so just remember: Simile: like or as.
Metaphor: extreme exaggeration, or a comparison without using like or as.
I hope all is well, and you pass! (: Good luck, rockstar! (:

what things about our culture you would like to keep the following generation and what things you would like to get red off to r
max2010maxim [7]

Answer:

I would like our culture to maintain a passion for sports, encouraging education and the ability to be resilient. However, I would like the irresponsibility with food, prejudice and the feeling of superiority to be removed from our culture.

Explanation:

We have a very rich and special culture that greatly influences our life and our personality as a whole. However, while maintaining pride and recognizing the beauty of our culture, we must recognize that there are harmful elements that must be abandoned as soon as possible.

Regarding the beneficial elements of our culture, I believe that the ability to reinvent and be resilient in difficult situations must not only be maintained but stimulated, the same goes for encouraging education and sports that promote living standards that are beneficial for all . However, our culture was built on a feeling of superiority that should be abandoned as soon as possible, as well as racism and irresponsibility with the food that harms our organism in a big way.
