Article VII of the Constitution of America accord with the Ratification.
The ratification is the process of the constitution by which the related parties give their consent of the constitution in written form. For a constitution to be ratified a specific portion of the related parties must give their consent to the law.
The ratification procedure, as mentioned by Article seven is the procedure where a minimum of 9 out of the original 13 colonies needed to approve of the constitution.
The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same. According to Article 7, at least nine states needed to ratify the Constitution in order for it to be applied to all of the states.
