If I was Nancy, I would start at trying to snack on carrots and fruit

The first piece of advice I would give Nancy is that she recognize that she is harming her health. That way she would have the motivation and strength to adopt healthier methods to improve and maintain her health.

Once Nancy recognizes that she is hurting herself, I would tell her not to place snacks near her when watching. She should keep the snacks away from her and, if possible, only leave healthy snack options like fruits and cereals. So whenever she feels like having a snack when watching, she should eat healthy snacks.

melomori [17]
A, B, and possibly D. It can be A because her goal is possibly achievable and it's B because it's a very specific goal. It's hard to measure how good someone is at cooking and when they're ready to charge money. It isn't really realistic because she doesn't know how to cook already. Her goal is not time specific.

False. The media has a tendency to influence many of the choices we make in our lives especially since celebrities serve as role models for many small children and even adults.
