I'm supposed to write a thesis statement about how telephones impacted life. My claim is that it affected life greatly but I don't really have any good support argument. Can someone help me?

A thesis statement usually has 3 reasons in it (each reason for each body paragraph). Here is a sample thesis and claim for you:

Telephones have impacted my life in a mostly positive way. Telephones keep me occupied, give me quick access to useful information, and making communication easier. Although some people believe that telephones are corrupt, telephones are more useful than anything else.
