In order to make distance learning easier you should make idk a scheduled. so if you dont take breaks its gonna make you quit easier so you should get 5 minute breaks to get food, lay down, use the restroom, etc. doing this will help you not quit 1 minute into doing school. wake up around 11 that way you don't sleep in and not be able to finish and not have to wake up super early that your a zombie the rest of the day
it might help to take colorful notes when something important shows up. Turn on airplane mode on all devices except for what your using for school. also print out a paper that says " I'M WORKING PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB UNLESS DYING THANK YOU." also the night before maybe bring something like a granola bar and a water bottle, remember not to over eat. hope this helps!!! :)
