The correct answer is 1.Confederate forces were forced to flee back into Indian Territory. This is correct, Brigadier General Arthur Pike was afraid that the Union would soon attack his Indian Territory command post at Fort Davis which is why he retreated to the Choctaw nation territory further south.

.Confederate forces captured the supplies that were meant for Union troops. False, Southern guerillas did interrupt the supply lines for the Union Army but they were never able to capture their supplies. However if by supplies the question means materiel, then yes, it is correct that as some of the Union positions were overwhelmed by the Confederate attack they were forced to abandon several pieces of artillery and other kinds of materiel.

.Union forces took over Fort Davis in Arkansas and built Fort McCulloch. False, union forces did not take over Fort Davies, they actually headed further south and captured Helena, Arkansas on July 12.

.Union forces abandoned Fort Davis and moved back to Kansas. union forces were NOT concerned with Fort Davis.

.Confederate forces defeated Union forces at Honey Springs. False, Union Forces prevailed.
