I’m pretty sure the answer is D

Confucius was not an emperor so C is automatically ruled out

Shi Huangdi was the first emperor of unified China and founded the Qin dynasty which came before the Han dynasty

Liu Bang and Wudi were emperors of the Han dynasty

Liu Bang ruled from 202-195 BCE and Wudi ruled from 141-87 BCE so Liu Bang comes before Wudi
