My guess would be to weigh yourself before and after a workout then consume the equivalent of the amount you may have lost with water.
For example
Say you loose 2 pounds after a hour run. You should drink about 32oz to rehydrate yourself
I think it would be B or C considering if you don’t smoke (amongst other things) you have less of a chance to get lung cancer, but also if you don’t spent to much time in the sun with out protection and take care of your skin then you probably won’t get skin cancer so C is actually the most likely answer
