The above quote was made by poet Christian Johann Heinrich. This quote describes the threat that the governments make by hindering the right to knowledge of the individuals living in the country. These books whether they are historical or are journal, somehow works as guide to individuals so they can choose their leader wisely.

In many countries such as china and north Korea administration have full control over the media and other sources of knowledge. Thus, the people living in these countries have no liberty and knowledge what is right and wrong for them.
