In respect of how durham and company treated jurgis. After Jurgis fainted, the company doctor who should have treated him or recommend his treatment send him home because the doctor believe his injury would not heal soon, which means it will take several months to heal and the company also told him that they could not be held liable for his injury.

The response of the company wasn't fair because Jurgis injury occur while on the job which means the company should have taken responsibility for his treatment.

I wrote that the company expected Jurgis to heal for months without working or getting paid.

I gave an opinion about whether it was fair that the company took no responsibility for the accident.
