Gods and goddesses sometimes can become humans or creatures to involve themselves with humans and sometimes their problem solving can go either way, good or bad. Sometimes they help humans by giving them items and such in old myths but they can also cause problems, such as helping a human cheat or causing misfortune for them because they don't like humans.
