But in America, Amir’s accomplishments, like graduating form high school and going to college, are looked upon highly by Baba. Lastly, the communication barrier between Amir and Baba is finally broken down, the two seem to be able to talk more freely to each other, and Baba seems to respond to Amir more openly then he ever would have in Afghanistan.
