It will be 9 I believe. The eighth note gets one beat so in total there are 9 beats in the measure as the dotted quarter note gets three.

She began seeing things and hearing the voice of Duncan in her head, she started to sleep walk frequently. And this madness led to her committing suicide towards the middle-end of the play.
