They can't comment or ask questions but they can still answer questions and browse the page for answers that they are searching for. If you use an email to sign up with, it has to be a valid email or else the site won't let you sign up. For school websites, I was thinking moderators. However, for websites like Brainly, there are so many kids on here, it's hard to watch it all. That's where. reporting comes in. But I've seen a kid get bullied for reporting something, so there's a drawback. kids should just be taught to ignore cyber bullies.
