Answer:

In Australia, each school or school system can set its own uniform policy. Wearing a uniform is compulsory in most Australian private and all Catholic schools, as well as in most public schools, although it is sometimes less enforced in primary schools that have uniforms.

A school uniform is a uniform worn by students primarily for a school or otherwise educational institution.

Although often used interchangeably, there is an important distinction between dress codes and school uniforms: according to scholars such as Nathan Joseph, clothing can only be considered a uniform when it

(a) serves as a group emblem

(b) certifies an institution's legitimacy by revealing individual's relative positions

(c) suppresses individuality.

Explanation:

According to the US Department of Education, wearing a uniform can decrease the risk of violence and theft, instill discipline and help school officials recognize intruders who come to the school.

According to a 2013 study, researchers found that students who wear uniforms to school saw a decrease in tardiness and an increase in academic focus.

As for my own experience, school uniform serve as a unity created for educational purposes as it allows people from different aspect to group together and form a community for a specific purpose ( Studies ).

These uniform allow us to communicate from an early age with others without the need for social standards in world.

"Learning become easy as you learn with others"

Every school uniform follows an order and cleanness for students for studies.

while different schools in Australia uses the stereotypical school uniform associated with Catholic schools – pleated plaid skirt with a blouse for girls; a button-down shirt, a necktie and dark pants for boys.

But there are some private schools also uses different approaches to separate themselves from others by changing their uniform style or color but it acts for the same purpose.
