Drink water instead of soda
sleep eight hours every night
actually all of these are healthy ways of managing the weight...but these to are related to health directly....if u asked for one u can choose the 1st one i wrote above...ty:)

I believe self esteem is about how confident one is with themselves and whether they are happy around people; if they have a low self esteem it means the person does not believe in themselves and sees themselves as not upto some sort of standard.
