It should be A.
B wouldn’t work because you’re supposed to provide details in the beginning.
C wouldn’t work either because you should really put what questions you have in a thesis.
D wouldn’t work either because you should write that throughout the paper not at the thesis.

This is based on how I learned how to do a research paper sorry if I didn’t help much.
