Texting and talking should can be made illegal for reasons. For one, texting while walking is an extremely dangerous thing to do. If you text and walk at the same time you will not be able to see what is in front of you. It can also lessen your chances of avoiding potential life threatening situations, such as walking onto a road with moving cars on it or bumping into someone with carrying a heavy object. Texting while driving is not only dangerous for the person carrying out the action, put it can also put others around them in danger. If you are not paying attention to your surroundings, you may run into someone and injure them.
