c) Geneva Accords, collection of documents relating to Indochina and issuing from the Geneva Conference of April 26–July 21, 1954, attended by representatives of Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China, France, Laos, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Soviet Union, the Viet Minh (i.e., the North Vietnamese), and the State of Vietnam (i.e., the South Vietnamese). The 10 documents—none of which were treaties binding the participants—consisted of 3 military agreements, 6 unilateral declarations, and a Final Declaration of the Geneva Conference (July 21, 1954).

d) Americans’ attention will focus this month on the anniversary of John F. Kennedy’s death, but November also marks the 50th anniversary of another assassination that fundamentally affected American history. The November 1, 1963, military coup d’etat and murder of President Ngo Dinh Diem by generals in the South Vietnamese army signaled a major turning point in American policy and necessitated a deepening U.S. commitment.

Which phenomenon did triangular trade most directly encourage?please
Mrac [35]

The phenomenon that triangular trade most directly encouraged was slavery. The first part of the triangle was the crossing of the Atlantic Ocean by Europeans wishing to sell their products. With the money obtained the europeans would buy slaves; sometimes they would just trade the products they brought directly for slaves. The same european ships would then sail to America to sell the slaves as plantation labourers. With the money obtained the europeans bought raw products like cotton and took them to Europe for further processing. The complete cycle took like a year.

Explain the strengths of the Articles of Confederation and how people reacted to this document.
Doss [256]
The major downfall of the Articles of Confederation was simply weakness. The federal government, under the Articles, was too weak to enforce their laws and therefore had no power. The Continental Congress had borrowed money to fight the Revolutionary War and could not repay their debts.

Hope this helped! :)
