Answer:

explanation below

Explanation:

Europeans did not have the right to colonize other people. Although at the time they viewed themselves as the superiors of the world, colonizing other nations lead to many nations becoming similar to European countries and being forced to do labor rather than develop their own culture and system. Europeans could have achieved their goals of wealth and power without colonizing other people. This could've been achieved by creating alliances with nations they wished to colonize rather than completely taking them over. This would've lead to not only peaceful and larger relations but beneficial circumstances to both parties.

Which statement best describes how Caesar Augustus helped the Roman Empire expand?
Juli2301 [7.4K]

Answer:

He improved the army and the roads, and created a navy.

Explanation:

At that time, Caesar Augustus realized that empire wouldn't be able to thrive based on military alone. Even though he believed security is important, he also believed that enhancing trade is the key for the Roman empire to expand its influence.

This is why he invested a lot in improving  streets and aqueducts within the empire. Both of these allowed faster/easier product distributions for merchants who wanted to deliver their products through a long route using carriage or boats. The increase in trade allow more funds that he had under his disposal. He allocate that fund to improve the army and created a navy that increase the empire's protection from attacks through sea routes.
