Even though there is a broad definition for War Crimes, we can't close our eyes to the fact that the War Crime Trials are also ideological, political, in some way educational and conducted by the winners. Despite that,  it is undeniable Nazi fascism monstrosities surpassed any violation from allies troops.

The Nuremberg trials despite some legal controversy that there was no precedent international law, it was inhuman unethical, immoral and wrong under any way the genocide to the Jewish, Gipsy, and the eugeny commited there.
