Male cat has recessive blue eyes and his genotype is ee. What genotype(s) could a female cat have in order
iVinArrow [24]

Answer:

ee or Ee

Explanation:

If you cross an ee with an ee the only available allele is e so all offspring will be ee. If Ee there is a one in four chance the offspring is ee, as the available combinations are Ee, EE, Ee, and ee. To be recessive in phenotype the kitten must be ee or the allele will be masked by the dominant one.

Parkinson’s disease is a brain disorder that may be caused by mutations in several genes that code for the production of alpha-s
Dovator [93]

Answer:

They could use SNPs(Single nucleotide polymorphisms) of DNA, which are an anaylysis of chromosomes using high tech laser magnification. This SNPing allows scientist to more closely view specific genes in chromosomes that cause certain traits. It allows for a greater genetic mapping and could also be used to see mutations, if you know which chromosome to look at.

IDK, just an idea, SNPs were used to look at different species trait exhibition, I thought it might work for this if used properly.
