Blogging represents the collobration of ideas, concepts and sometimes mislead information about a certain subject which has no primal basis or referent source. Unlike newspapers magazines books and journals which are objective and isn't first-person basis.
The Supreme Court is essential to the balance of power in the United States because it is meant to offer an unbiased assessment of laws based on the Constitution. The Court can state that a law is illegal based on its reading of the Constitution, which of course is open to several different interpretations.
