Well instead of having Zoom classes,teachers could just assign homework so it could be done any time of the day.Not just so they could sleep of course.But because there might be things that people need to do at that time of day,(etc.babysitting,shopping.)

Another things the teachers could do is record videos so they can explain it in detail.Some students might not understand the assignment.So the emails have to go back and forth.If the teachers explain in the video,the kids shouldn't have too much questions.
