Cuando yo era joven, yo siempre visitaba a mis abuelos en la costa oeste de Puerto Rico. Mis abuelos vivían en una pequeña casa que estaba enfrente de una de las playas más bonitas en la isla. Cada vez que yo llegaba, mis abuelos hacían lo mismo: preparaban una comida grande y me preguntaban como las cosas me iban en la escuela. Yo fui a su casa por siete veranos consecutivos, hasta que ellos decidieron mudarse a otra parte de la isla porque les tenían miedo a las olas que a veces eran un poco grandes.

When I was young, I always visited my grandparents on the west coast of Puerto Rico. My grandparents lived in a small house that was opposite one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Every time I arrived, my grandparents did the same thing: they prepared a big meal and asked me how things were going at school. I went to his house for seven consecutive summers, until they decided to move to another part of the island because they were afraid of the waves that were sometimes a bit big.
