It makes you feel tired all the time. Having no sleep can change your emotions like being cranky or upset for not sleeping enough. Also, having no sleep and staying up can make you think about things more like “why did I do that?” “What am I doing in life” and with no sleep it can stop you from doing actions since your tired and miss opportunities.
