Describing your Dashain Festival celebrations in a letter to your best friend.
Hey bestie,
I hope you're doing well! I had a great time celebrating Dashain. I started off by going to the temple to offer prayers and then spent time with my family. We had a big feast and exchanged gifts. I also went out with my friends a few times. It was great catching up with them and celebrating such a special festival together.
I'm really glad that we were able to celebrate Dashain despite the pandemic. It just goes to show that nothing can stop us from spending time with our loved ones and enjoying ourselves.
I hope you had a great Dashain too. Can't wait to hear all about it!
Love,
Your best friend

Cliques are groups of friends, but not all groups of friends are cliques. The thing that makes a group a clique (say: KLIK) is that they leave some kids out on purpose. They form groups that they won't let other kids belong to. Sometimes kids in the clique are mean to kids they think are on the outside. Usually one or two popular kids control who gets to be in the clique and who gets left out.
