Setting is most to be considered in my opinion because a setting is the time and geographic location which is fiction or non-fiction in a narrative. setting helps to grasp a context of writing and helps to get the back drop of a story. Setting also helps to setup the mood and it plays a vital role in time period and socio-economic. A story can be created with the right setting using the above conditions to establish dialogue, pure storyline and character.
