According to the paragraphs 8-12 from The Upturned Face, it can be said that personality differences between Lean and the adjutant are the following:
On the one hand, Lean is <u>practical and brave</u>, since he was the one who plucked up the courage to touch, with his bare hands, the body of the dead officer to gather the items they needed.
On the other hand, the adjutant is <u>speculative and wary</u>, as he is the one giving the instructions to Lean for doing "all the grisly business".
I would say the third one but i am not so sure about it

Any piece of information that does not belong to you would require a citation, otherwise it would be considered <em>plagiarism. </em>B and C are incorrect because both of those things belong to you, and therefore don't require citation. D is also incorrect because a general fact doesn't belong to any one person. For example, if you wanted to include the information that dogs can't eat chocolate, that wouldn't require a citation because that is general knowledge that most people are aware of.
