What is the difference between listening to a story, watching a story, and reading a story? Please help

When you listen you use your ears when you watch you use your eyes and when you read you use your Bain. Depending on which way you get the story you can have different interpretations of it

These words are uttered by Macbeth after he hears of Lady Macbeth’s death, in Act 5, scene 5, lines 16–27.
