The correct answer is C. A strict constructionist would interpret the Constitution exactly as it was written in the text.

Strict constructionism refers to a particular way of interpreting the Constitution and the laws of the United States. When used in a legal environment, it means that a judge must interpret the text as written, and not draw any consequence from it. Sometimes it is confused with "originalism," strict constructionism concentrates more on the text and less on the times when it was written. Its opposite, the broad interpretation of the Constitution, infers Congress powers or individual rights that are not expressly recognized in it. Sometimes called judicial activism, this was denounced by the opposition as an attempt by the activist courts to create legislation from the bench, usurping the legislative power.

How does and american company do business with a communist regime .
lianna [129]

The trade happens through the trade blocs that were put in place.

Explanation:

Communist regimes that are not economically liberalized still trade with the world through their trading blocs.

These are governmental institutions designed so as to allow for trade to happen in the country and through the country.

These trade blocs deal directly with the companies of free trade nations where the government in itself trades very rarely as is the case with the US.

Thus the dealing is usually with the government directly.

What are 3 interesting things on the first presidential debate and why
TEA [102]
Well to me the first most interesting thing was that Donald Trump stated many times that Hillary Clinton did an illegal thing by deleting 33,000 or more e-mails that she had no right to do. They were top secret e-mails. The second most interesting thing on the first presedential debate was that Donald Trump also stated that Hillary Clinton has been the secretary of state for over 30 years and she has done nothing to make America great again. And lastly, Hillary Clinton stated that Donald Trump accused Barack Obama that he wasn't born in the U.S. And that he was proved wrong after Barack Obama showed his birth sertificate. That what I think. Hope I helped :)
