Saint Peterdburg is a Russian port city on the Baltic Sea. Saint Petersburg is today the second largest city in the Russian Federation and one of the largest in Europe. The city center and other monuments in its surroundings have been considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1990. Saint Petersburg is also the seat of the Contitutional Court of Russia.
