Answer:

x=1/2

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve for x, we have to get x by itself.

First, move all the constants to the same side, and the variables to the other. Perform the opposite of what is being done to the the equation.

6x-5=2x-3

First, subtract 2x from both sides

6x-2x-5=2x-2x-3

4x-5= -3

Next, add 5 to both sides.

4x-5+5= -3+5

4x=2

Now, the constants are on one side, with the variables on the other. x is not by itself though, it is being multiplied  by 4. So, divide both sides by 4.

4x/4=2/4

x=2/4

x=1/2

What is the measure of < A, In degrees?
amid [387]

Answer:

D.120

Step-by-step explanation:

The sides AB and AC are equal and thus the angles they form with BC should be equal . Since now angle ABC is 30 then application of sum of angles in a triangle as a constant(180 degrees) we can subtract 60 degrees from it which gives 120

Write an equation that models each of the following translations
Dovator [93]

ANSWER

y =  \cos3(x - 2)

EXPLANATION

We have

y =   \cos(3x)

This function is of the form:

y = a \cos(b(x - c))

The value of c shifts the graph c units to the right.

If the graph of this function is shifted 2 units to the right, then the equation becomes;

y =  \cos(3(x - 2))
